You don't necessarily need a professional task manager, but striving to complete tasks promptly and accurately is crucial. "When" offers ease of use and simplifies the task management process for you.

EASY AND UNDERSTANDABLE

Your day is visually represented like a clock, with unique icons denoting individual tasks. A quick glance provides clarity on what needs to be done and its due time. This visual approach by "When" enhances task management by making it intuitive.
To add a new task, simply interact with the clock dial. To remove a task, drag its icon outside the dial. Modifying reminder times – be it for 10 minutes, an hour, or days ahead – is as straightforward as adjusting the icon's position.
